I am no longer able to attend and want a refund – how do I do this?

Registration cancellations will receive a full refund minus a service charge up to April 18, 2019. Refunds will not be provided after this date.

Go to the event page (ticketor.com/mrfa) and log into the account you created when you purchased your ticket (if you did not create an account see below).

In the upper navigation bar, once logged in, click on the following buttons:

  • User Menu
  • Tickets
  • Return Tickets
    • “Add to Return List” (bottom right of page)
    • Select “Refund my VISA…” (bottom left of page)
    • Click on “Submit Refund Request” (bottom right of page)
