2026-2027 Membership Meetings

• September 25, 2026: 11:00am – 1:00pm (Special meeting – Communications Officer by-election) 
• October 30, 2026: 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Thursday, December 10, 2026: 11:00am – 1:00pm **Note – there will be an end of Fall Social event after this meeting – save the date**
• January 29, 2027: 1:00pm – 3:00pm (Special meeting – Officer Elections and Bargaining Team Ratification) 
• March 5, 2027: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
• April 2, 2027: 10:00am – 12:00pm (Special Meeting for Bylaw Changes) 
• May 14, 2027: AGM: 12:30pm – 3:30pm (Annual General Meeting) 

Meeting Accessibility

The Association is committed to ensuring accessibility for its meetings. While we value the importance of in-person gatherings and the productive discussions which are more common in face-to-face settings, online access to MRFA meetings is still provided to ensure accessibility and inclusion. In addition, please make note of the following provisions to enhance accessibility: there will be

• microphones used throughout Association meetings,
• captioning accessible for online attendees via google meets,
• an accessible entrance to the faculty centre, and
• gender inclusive bathroom across the hall to the right.

The MRFA Bistro is also committed to inclusivity in its menu offerings. There will be a selection of refreshments served during the meeting to suit most dietary requirements. If you would like more information on the food being served please email facultycentre@mrfa.net.
