As we prepare for Informal Mediation, and in light of recent challenges in mediation across the province (see the April 7 Weekly Bulletin), it is crucial that all Members take action now to urge the Board’s team to engage in Mediation with a genuine commitment to reaching a fair Collective Agreement that respects and values our Members.
