For Members looking for service opportunities, there are several positions available. Please submit a Statement of Interest to Facultyrelations@mrfa.net to be considered for these positions. With the exception of the Communications Officer, all appointments shall be made by the Executive Board as eligible statements are received. Vacant Positions Fall 2026 

• Communications Officer (2026 – 2028)  – Submit a Nomination form for this elected position
  • Being elected following the MRFA Special Meeting on September 25 
  • All Members are eligible 
  • Reassigned time (96 SICH per year) 

• Collective Bargaining Caucus 
  • One member from Science and Technology (2026 – 2027) 
  • One contract member (2026 – 2028) 

• Advocacy Committee
