Deadline for Applications

The Tenure Dossier must include:

  • Letter(s) of appointment
  • Application for tenure - Form 102 (word file)
  • Annual Evaluation for Academic Areas, Counselling, Library - Form 103 (word file)
  • Faculty Class Notes and Student Evaluations (for 6 semesters) - Form 104 (word file)
  • Peer Evaluations (3 internal, 3 external) - Form 105 (word file)
  • Faculty Annual Reports (3) - Form 106 (word file)
  • Memorandum: Department summative evaluation and recommendation (1)
  • Memorandum: Dean's Summative review and recommendation (1)
  • Current CV
  • Brief Course Outlines
  • The dossier may also include thank you letters, and information on professional/community activities.

Criteria for Evaluation of Applicants for Tenure

  • Performance of duties and responsibilities
  • Professional commitment and activities
  • Commitment to College and collegial activity
