The Association holds an Annual General Meeting on the second Friday of May every year. The purposes of the Annual General Meeting are to conduct Association business, receive reports from the Executive Board and Standing Committees, review and approve an annual budget, appoint an auditor for the next fiscal year, finalize a list of candidates and establish voting times for committee elections, and elect members to the Executive Board.
