This workshop promises a high-impact panel and hands-on opportunities for participants to “up” their social media game, not to mention great snacks and a lovely complimentary lunch. Your facilitators are Dr. Milena Radzikowska (Information Design), Dr. Peter Ryan (Public Relations) and Sally Haney (Journalism), with special guest Dr. Michael Truscello (English). Topics will be tailored to the results of a pre-workshop survey of participants, but will likely include:
A 45-minute presentation with high-impact examples will be followed by a 60-minute workshop where participants will get some hands-on experience and coaching. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops, phones, and logins for their social media accounts (or if not on social media, create a Twitter account for this workshop).
