Derrick joined the MRFA Staff team early in 2019 and provides a variety of valuable services to our members. The following highlights some of Derrick’s contributions: interpreting the collective agreement, helping ensure that faculty rights are protected and retained, ensuring effective implementation and tracking of grievances, assisting the MRFA negotiating committee, and providing advice pertaining to bargaining strategies and communications.
