Registration Forms – conference and food
Please use the registration forms that you received in your mailbox, or click here to access to the electronic form in PDF format and print it out.
You will need to refer to the website descriptions to fill out your paper registration forms.
Registration and room payments are due April 23rd. Retreat activities are free to all faculty unless noted. Conference payment is due ONLY if you are staying overnight. EVERYONE who is attending PD Days is required to register a conference and a food form.
Please forward your registration forms & cheques to ADC. Shared rooms are $75 per person, single rooms are $120. Cheques should be made out to the Mount Royal Faculty Association.
If you have room in your car, or need a ride please indicate it on your Registration Form.
