Draft of the Strategic IT Governance Model

As the representative of the MRFA on the Strategic IT Planning Committee, I am posting the latest draft of the Strategic IT Governance model for the membership of MRFA to review and discuss. Attached are two PDF files, one is the graphical representation of the model and the second is a description of the model.
