MRFA Executive
- The Executive Board of the Association shall be vested with the full responsibility for the overall governance, direction, business, and all affairs of the Association during its term of office, including the establishment of policies and operating procedures, and shall be responsible to the Regular Members of the Association subject to the provisions of Article 13.
- The Executive Board shall have responsibility to advise all members on the interpretation of the Bylaws, and the Regular Members on the Collective Agreement.
- The Executive Board shall be responsible for the processing and arbitration of grievances.
- The Executive Board shall be responsible for the supervision of the Association's staff.
- The Executive Board shall be responsible for overseeing the management, use, maintenance and improvement of the Faculty Centre.
- The Executive Board shall report to the Regular Members at all Association Regular Meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
