The MRFA Executive held a very successful planning retreat in January\, and in the course of our discussions we identified a few key strategic issues that will affect our Association over the next five years. We talked about whether the MRFA has a role in facilitating academic discussion and debate at Mount Royal and what such a role might look like in the bicameral governance environment of Faculty Councils and GFC.
