The Tenure Dossier must include:
- Letter(s) of appointment
- Application for tenure - Form 102 (word file)
- Annual Evaluation for Academic Areas, Counselling, Library - Form 103 (word file)
- Faculty Class Notes and Student Evaluations (for 6 semesters) - Form 104 (word file)
- Peer Evaluations (3 internal, 3 external) - Form 105 (word file)
- Faculty Annual Reports (3) - Form 106 (word file)
- Memorandum: Department summative evaluation and recommendation (1)
- Memorandum: Dean's Summative review and recommendation (1)
- Current CV
- Brief Course Outlines
- The dossier may also include thank you letters, and information on professional/community activities.
