HELP to Improve Communications...(and win a prize)

Help - we need your feedback to improve MRFA communication! The results of this survey will be used to improve communications between your Association and faculty. Your input is important and necessary. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and provide us with your suggestions on what’s working and what's not, as well as your suggestions for improvement. Each member who submits a completed survey will be eligible to win one of two $50.00 gift certificates for dinner at the restaurant of your choice.

• All faculty are invited to submit this survey once.  You must be logged onto your mrfa.net account in order to submit the survey.  This will ensure that every member submits only one survey.
• Every member who submits a survey will be entered into a draw for a gift certificate for dinner.  There are two certificates to be given out. (all survey questions with an asterisk must be filled out in order to submit the form and have your name entered in the draw)
• There will be a section at the bottom of the survey for you to convey any concerns you have that were not addressed in the survey questions.
• All survey results will be collected and compiled by the MRFA executive assistant and all names will be removed prior to transmitting results to the Communications Committee.
